Just when we thought it can’t get any better, we find out that it won’t. Nintendo dismissed speculation that the next generation Nintendo DS will feature dual-touch screen technology. The rumors have been flying around this past week among the blogs and gaming experts. But experts have been noted saying that the speculation may have died, but the possibility hasn’t. Some experts believe that we will see a dual-touch screen Nintendo DS, but we would have to wait till next year. Nintendo is intent on focusing on the upcoming holiday season without releasing any new devices. These experts have been relying on inside sources at Nintendo. It does seem pausible that a dual-touch screen DS is in the works. With the success of touch-screen devices such as the iPhone,  it makes perfect sense that the next step for the Nintendo DS is to equip it with dual-touchscreens. Unfortunately, we just won’t see it any time soon. Try not to fret about this, cause I know you probably are. I know I am.
