Nintendo has been on a roll lately. The latest iteration of the Nintendo DS console was the DSi which was released in Japan back in November to a surprisingly receptive crowd. I guess there is no such thing as market saturation when Nintendo is involved! The DSi makes a few additions to the existing DS such as 2 cameras located both facing and pointing away from the player, larger screens and a few additional hardware changes. Interesting to note, the DSi is also incompatible with homebrew cartridges such as the M3 DS. Despite these security measures taken by Nintendo, the DSi was indeed hacked in its short time in Japan and there are new homebrew cartridges available.
